Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the product in its original packaging including all cables, clamps, and documentation to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Ship the Hardware
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
